Key Duties

Picking customer orders from warehouse locations using pick lists, scanners, or voice pick technology
Packing orders correctly using appropriate packaging and void fill materials
Checking order accuracy before sealing and labelling for dispatch
Meeting pick rate KPIs set by the shift supervisor
Replenishing pick face locations when stock falls below minimum levels
Keeping pick aisles clear of debris and maintaining housekeeping standards
Participating in stocktake and inventory check activities

Typical Qualifications & Requirements

Previous warehouse picking and packing experience preferred
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Basic literacy and numeracy for order checking
Able to work rotating shifts including early starts
RF scanner experience advantageous
