- Overseeing daily venue operations including set-up, changeovers, and technical facilities
- Managing the venue operations team including portering, technical, and cleaning staff
- Coordinating with events managers and clients on room configurations and AV requirements
- Conducting pre-event and post-event venue inspections and snagging lists
- Ensuring all health and safety, fire evacuation, and licensing compliance is maintained
- Managing maintenance contractors and planned preventive maintenance schedules
- Reporting on venue capacity utilisation, operational costs, and staff deployment
