- Processing goods in and goods out transactions accurately on the stock management system
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and investigating variances
- Managing returns, damaged goods, and quarantine stock in line with company procedures
- Liaising with buyers, suppliers, and logistics teams on delivery discrepancies
- Producing stock reports for the operations or buying team including slow-movers and out-of-stocks
- Overseeing annual stocktake preparation and execution
- Maintaining the stock management system with accurate location and SKU data
