- Managing all site activities on a day-to-day basis including trades sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Holding daily and weekly site meetings to review programme, resource, and safety
- Ensuring all works comply with planning conditions, building regulations, and the construction programme
- Managing site health and safety including RAMS reviews, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Coordinating materials deliveries and plant requirements with the procurement team
- Liaising with the client, contract administrator, and design team on progress and issues
- Completing site diaries, RAMS records, and progress reports for the project manager
