- Supervising the team on shift and ensuring tasks are allocated and completed on time
- Opening and closing the store or site in accordance with security and operational procedures
- Handling customer escalations and complaints during the shift
- Monitoring shift productivity and reporting on performance at handover
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance throughout the shift including reporting incidents
- Carrying out till or cash management duties including safe counts
- Providing coaching and guidance to junior team members during the shift
Shift Supervisor
