- Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for salaried and hourly paid employees
- Managing starters and leavers, P45s, P46s, and P60s
- Calculating statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP
- Administering pension auto-enrolment, opt-outs, and contribution changes
- Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) returns to HMRC accurately and on time
- Responding to employee queries about pay slips, deductions, and holiday pay
- Reconciling payroll control accounts and producing payroll journals for the finance team
