- Conducting regular site or operational safety inspections and producing written reports
- Reviewing and approving RAMS submitted by contractors and subcontractors
- Delivering toolbox talks, induction training, and safety briefings to the workforce
- Investigating accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences and completing RIDDOR reports where required
- Maintaining the site or facility’s health and safety documentation and register
- Liaising with the HSE, Environment Agency, or local authority inspectors as required
- Advising management on changes to legislation and their impact on operations
