- Producing aircraft load plans using load control software, allocating baggage and cargo to aircraft holds
- Calculating and certifying weight and balance for each departing aircraft type
- Issuing the Loadsheet and Last Minute Changes (LMC) to the flight deck before departure
- Liaising with the ramp team, check-in, and cargo to obtain final figures
- Ensuring dangerous goods notoc is completed and passed to the flight deck
- Managing offload decisions under capacity or weight restriction constraints
- Maintaining load control records in compliance with regulatory and airline requirements
