- Leading and developing the department team through coaching, rota management, and performance reviews
- Driving department sales targets and monitoring performance against weekly plans
- Managing stock availability including ordering, returns, and replenishment
- Implementing visual merchandising directives and maintaining department presentation standards
- Handling customer queries and escalated complaints within the department
- Monitoring department wage cost and contributing to the store P&L
- Working with the store manager on promotional planning and seasonal changeovers
