- Welcoming passengers at the check-in desk and verifying travel documents including passports and visas
- Issuing boarding cards and processing seat selections in the DCS (departure control system)
- Weighing and tagging passenger baggage and collecting excess baggage fees
- Advising passengers on baggage allowances, dangerous goods restrictions, and check-in deadlines
- Assisting passengers with special service requests including wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, and medical needs
- Handling gate check-in activities when required, including boarding management
- Escalating document irregularities or security concerns to the duty manager
