Bendi Forklift Driver

Bendi forklift drivers operate articulated forklift trucks in narrow-aisle warehouses where a standard counterbalance cannot manoeuvre, making them a specialist and highly valued part of any warehouse team. Key Duties

Operating an articulated bendi or flexi forklift in narrow-aisle racking environments
Putting away and retrieving palletised stock at height — sometimes exceeding 10 metres
Loading and unloading vehicles in the yard using the bendi in outdoor mode where applicable
Pre-use checks on the bendi truck and recording any defects
Working accurately with the WMS to locate and move stock to correct positions
Collaborating with pickers and dispatch team to meet order fulfilment targets
Maintaining safe speeds and awareness in shared pedestrian and vehicle areas

Typical Qualifications & Requirements

Valid bendi (articulated) forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous bendi operation experience in a high-bay narrow-aisle environment
Counterbalance FLT licence advantageous
Confident working at height within racking systems
Good spatial awareness and manual dexterity
