- Managing the bar team on shift including rota management, training, and performance feedback
- Overseeing cocktail and drinks menu development and maintaining consistent serve standards
- Managing stock ordering, cellar management, and weekly stocktakes
- Ensuring all bar staff are trained in responsible service of alcohol and Challenge 25
- Maintaining compliance with premises licence conditions and serving hours
- Handling cash, till reconciliation, and end-of-night reporting
- Building relationships with regular customers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Bar Manager

- Personal Licence (APLH qualification) — mandatory for this role

- First Aid at Work certificate preferred
