Prism 7 are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Container Drivers on an ongoing basis for clients in the Stanford-Le-Hope area. The client has renewed their entire fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport container goods to and from ports and customer locations across the UK, ensuring timely and safe delivery
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues to management
- Stay in regular contact with operations team for status updates and route efficiency
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Up-to-date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licence (no serious driving offences)
- Recent container work experience
- Own Port Card required
- CPC & Digi card required
Pay: £17/hour and above, dependent on experience. 10 hours guaranteed paid.
